SAT Preparation

What is SAT?

The SAT Reasoning Test is a standardized test for college admission.

How we prepare you for the SAT

In this course, test-taking skills are taught in conjunction with mathematical, reading, writing, and vocabulary content knowledge. Direct instruction is followed by individual and whole class review of answers. In addition, practice is used as a teaching tool. A meticulous deconstruction of questions answered incorrectly is essential to improvement in performance.

The course is 4 weeks long; classes meet Monday through Friday. Every 4th class is an independent study day. Students may come in and use the computer lab at their leisure to take practice tests and work with study materials.
